Become a Professional Scrum Developer – Preparation for PSD 1 Exam

Agile… Scrum… MVP… CI/CD… TDD… Extreme programming… Those words/acronyms that you see in many articles or hear around you. Do you know what they mean? Why should you understand them?

In an increasingly competitive context characterized by changing needs (new services, new functionalities…), Agile methods are revolutionizing project management and providing clear answers to current challenges. There is much confusion about the term “developer” and “development team” from Scrum in the software development industry. Many people still think that the Scrum Developer == Programmer.

In Scrum, the term developer equates to a Development team member. So from this point forward we will refer the developer as the development team member.
